Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the traffic that may and may not be sent through VIONEX. It exists to protect message recipients, our network partners and the deliverability of every customer on the platform. It applies to all users of VIONEX services.

Consent

Senders must hold a valid legal basis for contacting each recipient. Promotional and marketing messaging requires prior recipient consent. Consent records must be retained and produced on request.

Opt-out

Recipients must be able to opt out of non-transactional messaging, and opt-out requests must be honoured promptly across all future campaigns.

Prohibited content

  • Messaging that is unlawful under any applicable jurisdiction.
  • Phishing, credential harvesting, impersonation of a person, brand or institution, or any other deceptive messaging.
  • Fraudulent financial offers, pyramid schemes and deceptive investment promotion.
  • Malware, or links intended to compromise a recipient device or accounts.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Content prohibited by an applicable mobile network operator or regulator.

Prohibited practices

  • Sending to purchased, scraped, harvested or otherwise non-consented lists.
  • Falsifying, spoofing or misrepresenting sender identifiers, or using a sender ID you are not authorised to use.
  • Deliberately circumventing filtering, routing controls, throughput limits or operator rules.
  • Reselling or sharing access to VIONEX services without written authorisation.
  • Sending traffic that misrepresents its category to obtain a different rate.

Volume and quality

Traffic must remain within agreed throughput limits. VIONEX may apply rate controls where traffic threatens platform stability or the quality of a delivery route.

Enforcement

VIONEX may investigate suspected breaches and may filter, suspend or terminate traffic that violates this policy or that places our network relationships at risk. Where feasible we will notify the customer, but we may act immediately where there is risk of harm or regulatory breach.

Reporting

Suspected abuse of the VIONEX platform can be reported to sales@vionex.id.
