This policy explains how VIONEX handles information collected through this website and in the course of providing enterprise messaging services. It is a plain statement of our current practices and will be updated as our services and legal obligations develop.
Information we collect
- Enquiry details. When you submit our contact form we collect the name, company, business email, phone number, country, stated interest, estimated volume and message you provide.
- Service data. Where you use our messaging services, we process message metadata such as sender identifiers, destination numbers, timestamps, routing information and delivery status.
- Technical data. Standard server logs, including IP address and request details, generated when you interact with our systems.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and discuss potential services or partnerships.
- To deliver, route and report on messages submitted to our platform.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our services.
- To meet legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
Message content
Message content submitted by customers is processed for the purpose of delivery and for operational functions such as delivery reporting, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. We do not use customer message content for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Sharing
Delivering a message necessarily requires passing it to onward network and messaging partners. Beyond that, we share information only with service providers acting on our instructions, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, to support billing and dispute resolution, and to satisfy legal requirements. Retention periods for message records are set out in the applicable customer agreement.
Security
We apply access controls, credential hashing and transport encryption appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure, and we encourage customers to protect their own API credentials accordingly.
Your rights
