These terms govern access to and use of the VIONEX website. Use of VIONEX messaging services is governed by the separate written agreement entered into between VIONEX and the customer; where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

Website use

This website is provided for general information about VIONEX and its services. You may not use it to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or extract data by automated means beyond ordinary search indexing.

Service availability

Product capabilities described on this website reflect our platform as it stands or is being developed. Capabilities marked Coming Soon are not yet generally available, and API access is currently provisioned on request. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding commitment to provide a particular service, capacity, route or service level.

Customer responsibilities

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of API credentials, and promptly rotating or revoking any credential believed to be compromised.
  • Ensuring all messaging complies with applicable laws, regulations and network operator requirements.
  • Holding valid recipient consent where required, and honouring opt-out requests.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of sender identifiers and destination numbers submitted.

Acceptable use

All use of VIONEX services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Breach of that policy may result in suspension or termination.

Intellectual property

The VIONEX name, logo, website design and content are the property of VIONEX and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIONEX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability in connection with paid services is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
